🔔 SHIFT REMINDERS
Reminders are emailed automatically to assigned crew based on each person's notification preferences (1 week / 3 days / 1 day / morning-of). You can also send them manually.
✉️ EMAIL SETUP TEST
Before relying on reminders, send yourself a test to confirm Microsoft Graph email is configured.
🩺 CONNECTION DIAGNOSTICS
Checks that the Worker is reachable, on the latest version, bound to your data (KV), and that email is configured.
🔓 OPEN SHIFTS
Crew members who dropped a shift. Assign someone or leave open for crew to claim.
Check the positions this event needs. Unchecking a position that already has someone assigned will unassign them.

CLOUD SYNC — CLOUDFLARE KV
Sync crew, assignments, and games across all devices in real time using a Cloudflare Worker + KV. Without this, data only saves to the current browser.
Worker Endpoint URL
The URL of your deployed Cloudflare Worker. See Worker code below.
API Key
Matches the API_KEY secret in your Worker environment.
Cloudflare Worker Code — deploy at workers.dev or your domain
1. Create a KV namespace called GM_KV 2. Add secret API_KEY 3. Bind KV namespace 4. Deploy
🔒 Lock Sync into Page — Zero Setup on New Devices
Embeds your Worker URL and API key directly into the HTML file.
After you re-deploy this file to Cloudflare Pages, any device that opens the page
will automatically load the live schedule — no sync configuration needed ever again.
Save credentials first, then download → replace game-matrix.html in Cloudflare Pages → redeploy.
